About the event

Bum Busters is an annual concert/charity event thrown in Charlotte, NC, hosted by the local publication "The WaitTime Collective". The show typically hosts over 20+ performing artists and DJs, of all genres, vendors, food, games, prizes, and more. With proceeds from ticket sales entirely going towards local organizations (such as Charlotte's "Safe Alliance") that benefit survivors of sexual violence and abuse--Bum Busters is an event that truly goes towards making a positive change in the community. 
 

This year we are seeking sponsors, as within the past few months, WaitTime's audience has quadrupled. Our most recent event "1CrazyNight" sold over 723 presale tickets alone, and garnered another 300 day-of purchases. Meaning, the cost of running Bum Busters (a charity event) has gone up, due to accommodations needed for a larger event. 
 

In terms of sponsorship, we are looking for monetary donations, and product donations (for the event raffle).

Why should you sponsor?

WaitTime was founded by survivors of sexual assault & domestic violence, who found support through their local music scene. Bum Busters is an event that not only contributes to the organizations that help survivors find safety and support--but also gives back to that same local music community, by supporting smaller artists across the country.
